Sometimes it can be really difficult to talk through your feelings face-to-face or you may not be able to leave your home, so online counselling could be used instead. 

A free 15 minute chat is offered for you to ask any questions you may have, then you can book one session at a cost of only £15 or 6 sessions at a discounted price of £10 per session (£60) saving you £30 or the equivalent to two free sessions. Once payment has been successfully made, you will be redirected to our thank you page by Paypal. You will be notified via email that payment has been made and the session can begin. You can now enter your chat room with Ruth for your session online.
